Family Yoga with Nana Yoga

Family Yoga with Nana Yoga is a fun time to move to music, stretch and relax.  Join your toddler or preschooler to explore easy yoga poses and put them into action through song.  Chairs provided for grown-ups or join your kiddos on the floor.  This class is easy and fun for all!
