Rock painting is a quick and artistic activity. Make something for a garden, your very own Pet Rock, or any design you want.
We have the rocks and the paint, we just need your help with the ideas!  

When you're done, put your rock by a tree, in your yard, anywhere you want! Take a picture and tag the Library so we can see your amazing artwork in the wild!

Part of our Family Friday events, 

Color our Library is an hour of painting for the whole family, 
We have blank canvas for those who want to make original artwork, 
There are two banners the kids can paint together for our Summer reading theme "Color Our World" that will be displayed in the Library. 
There is also finger paint for the little ones who want to explore! 
And we'll bring out other paintables for everyone to enjoy!

The children's room is excited to host a blast-from-the-past program of Saturday morning cartoons. 

This program is perfect for parents who want to have a nostalgic program with their kids, eating cereal in their pajamas lounging watching cartoons from the 1990's and 2000's. 
Come for the full time, or come for an episode!
