Edgar Allan Poe: GCVM Moveable Museum

Join us in the Reading Room at 7 pm on Thursday, October 28 as Genesee Country Village & Museum's Moveable Museum presents: Edgar Allan Poe

"American author Edgar Allan Poe was a master at creating tales of mystery and the macabre. His well-known short story "The Tell-Tale Heart" will be dramatically performed as part of this program. Following the one-man performance, historic information about Poe will be shared along with a discussion of the common themes that appeared in his work. Excerpts from a selection of Poe's other writings will also be read and examined as part of the program."
