Memberships begin at just $5 for adults. Your membership fee goes to support library programming such as summer reading, Richmond Reads, craft programs and much more!</p><p>New members may join at the door or anytime the library is open!</p><p>PLEASE NOTE: The use of price-scanning devices and software or utilizing mobile devices to check for resale is not permitted at any time during quarterly members-only sales. Those in violation of this policy may be asked to leave.</p>
